Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as every window can be reached from the outside, simply leave the side gate unlocked. We never carry equipment through your home, so we do need outside access to the back.
Why are my windows wet after a clean?
That's completely normal. We use purified water, which dries naturally to a clear, spot free finish. We'd recommend leaving them to dry rather than wiping them.
How do I pay?
Regular cleans are paid securely by Direct Debit or card, taken automatically after each clean. The link to set it up comes with your booking confirmation, and nothing is taken until after your clean. One off jobs are invoiced afterwards.
I have a dog. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We simply ask that dogs are kept inside while we clean, and that the garden is clear of dog mess before each visit.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured, and we're happy to send a copy of our certificate on request.
